As determined by Chief Evaluator Rebus Magellan, Primaris Psyker candidate C-7521 has as of today successfully completed initial evaluation rites and trials. He has proved both an exceptional ability in manipulating the immaterium to his will and bidding as well as a solid mental fortitude against intrusions by malefic forces and battle-psykers alike.
Candidate C-7521 is hereby granted the temporary rank of Primaris Psyker Aspirant and may commence the training process effective immediately.
On a personal note, I hereby request another Psyker Primaris Majors be assigned to conduct the actual training process. Even though I very much desire to train a candidate of his exceptional abilities, I am afraid my patience is not as untouchable as it used to be, rendering it difficult at best to effectively work with an individual of his very unique personality.
